We’re currently hiring a Hardworking, Experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team! Responsibilities- * Review work orders and parts lists for each repair job * Inspect parts for damage or accuracy and report discrepancies immediately * Disassemble vehicles and assess for additional repair needs * Perform high-quality body repairs and reassemble vehicles * Conduct thorough quality checks before completion * Handle dent repair, panel replacement, painting, structural and mechanical work * Accurately complete all required documentation Benefits- * Competitive pay: $26–$32/hour + variable rates for frame/mechanical work * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) with company match * Ongoing training and development * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of body shop experience (2+ preferred) * ICAR certification preferred * Willingness to complete GM Certified Training upon hire * Strong knowledge of body, paint, frame, and mechanical systems * Proficiency with body shop tools and diagnostic equipment * Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams * Friendly, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail * Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies About Ghent Motors: Ghent Motor Company is a family-owned dealership in Greeley, Colorado, with over eight decades of experience.
