A rapidly growing personal injury firm is looking to add a Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to their team. salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
• Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
• Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
• Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
• Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.

Skills

• Personal injury (2 years of experience is required)
• Personal Injury Law (2 years of experience is required)
• Litigation-Personal Injury (2 years of experience is required)
• Spanish
