Education & Experience:

1. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the Electrical and Commercial Construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for layout, design, engineering support, and design coordination with refrigeration project managers.
2. Establishing & tracking project budgets and approving material and labor budgets, as required.
3. Completing a checklist of control points to identify critical items for start-up.
4. Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, specifications, proposals, and contractual documentation.
5. Includes documentation control, correspondence, communication, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of projects.
6. Communicate effectively with field supervisors, office personnel, and internal refrigeration project managers.
7. Develop and maintain excellent customer and subcontractor relationships.
8. Conduct site visits during construction phase to coordinate manpower and materials.
9. Attend project and scheduling meetings & participate in all required safety activities.

Required Skills & Abilities:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
3. Experience in industrial construction.
4. Proficient computer skills in Bluebeam, Word, Excel, estimating programs.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and climbing stairs (high rooftops included).
2. Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds.
