Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining safety regulations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
• Manage budgets and expenses related to the project
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Construction management degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Familiarity with ground-up construction, healthcare, retail, industrial, K-12, and office building projects is a plus
